We want to be sure all of your needs are met and all of your questions are answered. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Without it, we couldn't stay in business.
Providing quality products to professionals who protect and serve the public is our core purpose. If you aren't satisfied with a newly purchased item, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Merchandise Return Policy:
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any product that we currently offer that is in Unused condition and in its Original Packaging. Returns must be made within 15 days after the date of purchase. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns and customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty:
Many products sold by Liberty Public Safety have manufacturer's warranties. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures' warranty, please contact us prior so we can contact the manufacturer directly to coordinate the repair or return on any such item. Please refer below for specific manufacturers contact information or contact our customer service department at 1.904.880.6712.
Clearance Items:
All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. There is no warranty on clearance items.
Used/Pre-owned Items:
All clearance items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. There is no warranty on used items.
Special Order Items:
Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at the request of a customer cannot be returned for credit or exchange unless the return is related to our error.
Returns:
Original Packing Receipt should accompany all returns or the return must include the original order number associated with the return. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is related to our error. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
A "Returns Authorization" number (or RMA) is required for ALL purchases made by persons, government agencies and/or business customers; please contact your assigned account manager or customer service representative by emailing support@libertypublicsafety.com
